Several years ago I received an email from a 'picker' in Italy to tell me he had a lead on a very rare Italian oscillator and asked if I was interested. Of course I said yes, but he said it may take a little time After a couple months he sent a message saying still no oscillator but in the meantime had found a wonderful and unusual fan he could only describe as "similar to a bird cage." when he finally sent me photos I couldn't believe my eyes. I had never seen anything like it and I wasted no time in making a deal. Several very astute collectors have said it is the finest European fan they have ever seen and must agree.
