The Colonial Fan & Motor Co. 8" Circa 1914 Of all the small 8” fans made in this era, the Colonial appears to be the smallest in overall size.  A couple of my favorite details of this little fan is the shape of the motor vent holes on the rear of the motor housing  are very unique and the ID badge on the center of the cage is really great looking.  All in all, a really well made and in this case, well preserved desk fan
